Para-7, 8, 9 and 10 of the show cause go to show that after passing the order dated 14.10.2014 in CWJC No. 3173 of 2012, the opposite party no. 4 took steps to remove the encroachment from the plots in question by passing order but his order was challenged before this Court in CWJC No.10206 of 2015, in which this Court stayed the further proceeding of encroachment.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition after disposal of the above stated CWJC No. 10206 of 2015, if his grievance is not redressed by the concerned authority. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U
