2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 303 ( 2 ) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , F.I.R., named accused committed theft of Auto of informant. The name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation and was identified in the CCTV footage . Petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedents.
