2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jaitpur P.S.Case No. 09 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The name of the petitioner has come in self inculpatory statement of the co-accused.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. This application is dismissed. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27397 of 2025(5) dt.20-02-2026 2/2 directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
