Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is land dispute between the parties in which both sides have sustained injury and there is case and counter case. The petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2018. Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and both sides sustained injury, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
