Though the present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.10.2017, passed by the learned Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Saharsa, by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 47(A), 53(A), 53(B)/34 of Bihar Excise Act, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. case no. 668 of 2016, however, in view of the fact that the charges have already been framed and the trial is going on, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to raise all such issues, as have been raised in the present petition, at an appropriate stage, before the learned trial court. Liberty so sought, is granted.
