The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2952 of 2019, arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30 (a), 37 (c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant total 20 liters liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on
