2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 to 8 vide order dated 23.02.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31517 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 connection with A.B.P. No.3425 of 2023 arising out of Complaint Case No.1931 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
