Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No. 373 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 363, 376, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he called the victim girl and taken her away to Patna and had committed sexual intercourse upon her.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated as no such occurrence took place and as a matter of fact petitioner has love affair with the informant and she is major.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23651 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
