In the present case, the original petitioner has died. This fact was brought to the notice of this Court and the same has been recorded in the order dated 4.1.2019 and, accordingly, the petitioner was granted four weeks time to file substitution petition. Even then, no substitution petition was filed for substitution. Again a prayer was made for extension of time for filing the substitution petition which was allowed vide order dated 5.2.2019 but, even then, no substitution petition has been filed as yet.

In view of the fact that the original petition has died and no substitution petition has been filed till date, it will be presumed that this writ application has been rendered abated.
