01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dinbandhu Singh, learned Govt. Pleader no.9.

In the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the appointment of private Respondent on the post of Aanganbari Sevika on the plea that Mojakka Centre, on which Respondent no.6 has been selected, was reserved for Most Backward Classes. The Court is of the opinion that as per Clause-8 of the Guidelines of the State of Bihar for appointment of Aangabari Sevika, the petitioner may file proper complaint before the District Magistrate along with an affidavit and, thereafter same can be

Patna High Court CWJC No.8147 of 2008 (3) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 examined by the District Magistrate.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate complaint along with affidavit as per guidelines of the State Government before the concerned District Magistrate. If such complaint is filed within eight weeks from today, the Court expects that the concerned District Magistrate may get the matter examined and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
