JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-08-2018 The short submission made by counsel for the petitioner is that in spite of communication sent from the Divisional Forest Officer, Mithila Forest Division, Darbhanga to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest under communication dated 11.07.2015 bearing memo no. 1507 to take a final decision in respect of petitioner's claim for running his Saw Mill, the final decision is yet to be taken by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest.

Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that interest of justice would be served by directing the Principal Chief Conservator

Patna High Court CWJC No.19597 of 2015 dt.30-08-2018 2/2 of Forest, the respondent no. 2 to take a final decision on the said communication in respect of petitioner's claim for running his Saw Mill.

Writ petition is disposed off with the observations/directions contained herein above. Final decision should be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order if such decision has not yet been taken.
