3. By impugned order the learned court below rejected the application filed by the petitioners under section 227, 228 with a prayer to discharge them as no material emerged during the course of investigation.

4. Learned trial court discussing the entire material collected during course of the investigation, rejected the application of the petitioners.

5. I do not see illegality, impropriety and irregularity

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
