That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) order (s) or direction (s) for quashing the order dated 25.01.2021 issued vide Memo No. 75 in Anganwari Appeal No. 14/2020 by which the Respondent No.4 has ordered to issue the selection letter to the Respondent No.6 for selection against the post of Sevika of Chatara Additional Anganwari Centre being Code No. 102 within Gram Panchayat Sahinaoh of Block-Dawath, Rohtas and further directed the respondents to issue

Patna High Court CWJC No.11823 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 selection letter to the petitioner for said Anganwari Centre against the post of Anganwari Sevika accordingly."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
