The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Ekma P.S. case No. 54 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29751 of 2016 but other accused persons have got regular bail. The petitioner is ill but it appears that the petitioner is evading her appearance in the court as she did not surrender in the court below even after dismissal of her anticipatory bail on 05.09.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected once again.
