The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019 in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that 25 literes of liquor were recovered from the plastic gallon, the petitioner submits that the same was not recovered from his possession and he has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
