JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Siya Ram Shahi, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Anjani Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Dr. Rabindra Kumar, learned A.P.P. as well as Sri Satya Prakash Parashar, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that, the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with indication that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner appears and makes a prayer for regular bail before the court below, the learned court below without being prejudiced
