JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case since they demanded the retiral dues of their father and grand father. Petitioners have already deposited the amount which was found short due to mistake and an agreement to that effect was also prepared which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to this application. The matter has been settled between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.45352 of 2017(2) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
