2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
