JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing the order dated 6.10.13 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 3 by which the Respondent No. 3 rejected the application filed by the petitioner without any enquiry and further for quashing the order dated 7.12.2011 bearing Memo No. 781(iv) (Annexure-3) issued under the signature of Respondent No. 4 without considering the reply filed by the petitioner and without any enquiry of the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
