At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a limited direction upon the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram i.e. the Respondent No. 4 for disposing off the application filed by the petitioner dated 13.4.2018. 3.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Respondent No. 4 to dispose off the aforesaid application, filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
