2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R., petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the son of the informant and so far as petitioner nos. two, three and four are concerned there is no specific allegation of assault against them. Injury sustained by the son of the informant is simple in nature . Case and counter

4. Considering the nature of injury, clean antecedent of the petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
