JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dumaria Ghat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the F.I.R. there is a recovery of 74.71 liters of country made liquor from the straw bundle besides the house of petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered either from the house of the petitioner or from his possession, rather the same has been recovered from the outside the house of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent.
