2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner inflicted knife blows upon husband of informant, as a result of which, he sustained four sharp cut wounds.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.01.2025. Case and counter case. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024.
