JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 179 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. All the verifications and cross verifications and other reports are being called and submitted by both the departments concerned through Registered Post, and as such, there is no scope for anyone other than office staff to impersonate or make any interpolation. During investigation it has come that required deductions have been done from the bill of the petitioner against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43645 of 2017(5) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the allowed work, but petitioner has not received any payment and the same is still lying with the department. Allegations levelled of making duplicate signatures is baseless. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 179 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
