This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Baligaon Police Station Case No. 70 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 325, 307, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to him. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground of suspicion on the basis of secret information to the police. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent,

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-12, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Baligaon Police Station Case No. 70 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
