Patna High Court CWJC No.11827 of 2021 dt.11-01-2022 3/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled by the the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar Bhagalpur, District Bhagalpur -cumlicensing authority, as such, present petition filed against suspension of the licence has become infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority against the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Bhagalpur, District Bhagalpur -cum- licensing authority, and if any such appeal is filed within 4 weeks from today, the appellate authority shall condone the delay in filing the appeal and shall decide the appeal on its own merit preferably within 8 weeks from the date of its filing.
