The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.04.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 16526 of 2017 with direction to surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail. Insptie of lapse of seven years of time, she has filed another Anticipatory bail application and was surrendered in the Court below as per direction of the Court below on its own merit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by this Court on 21.07. 2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 33051 of 2017. Heard learned A.P.P.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48965 of 2017 (3) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 In view of the earlier prayer for anticipatory bail has been rejected on its own merit and directed to surrender before the Court below, I am not going to interfere with the earlier order and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court within four weeks.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
