The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 18.01.2023 passed in Cr. App (SJ) No.4083 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.441 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Court SC/ST, Nawada, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31929 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Bihar.

The order dated 18.01.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
