At this juncture, the learned counsel for the State submits that an order of punishment has been passed against the petitioner herein on 13.01.2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.8800 of 2019(5) dt.28-01-2021 2/2 liberty to challenge the aforesaid order of punishment passed against the petitioner herein. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of punishment dated 13.01.2021.
