2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj on 20.04.2011, but till date the appeal is pending. This position is

3. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj to finally decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, if not already decided, one way or the other within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. After the decision of the Appellate Authority, liberty shall be available to the person aggrieved to approach the appropriate forum/Court in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
