JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 The present petition is for a direction for an enquiry by a Central Agency, i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation in Bhakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.343 of 2011 registered in respect of defalcation of huge amount under various schemes of Government of India.
The petitioner was a Gramin Dak Sevak.
Mr. S. D. Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India submits that the Bihar
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.85 of 2016 (4) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 Police has since completed investigation and submitted a report before the competent Court. Since the report has been submitted, the matter lies in the jurisdiction of the Court which is seized of the report.
