The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karpi (Vanshi O.P.) P.S. Case No.181 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police after investigation submitted final form in favour of the petitioner. The Court below differing with the final form has taken cognizance.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that police after investigation has not found involvement of this petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13945 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Arwal in connection with Karpi (Vanshi O.P.) P.S. Case No.181 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
