Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 198 of 2019 arising out of Khazekala P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 354(B), 455 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Both the parties are next door neighbour. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14.10.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
