The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 01.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3548 of 2024 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.465 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Special Judge of Excise, Aurangabad, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34191 of 2024(3) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above. 5.
