The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 registered under Sections 354, 306, 511, 448, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student of Class-X. He is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27647 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
