24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Special P.P. for the State.

Earlier, the appeal, filed for grant of bail to the appellant, was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 08-07-2019 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 1378 of 2019 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial preferably within six months from the date of framing of charge. In this regard, a report was called for from the learned trial court, which has been received and kept at flag 'G' and from perusal of the same, it appears that charge has already been framed and out of 7 chargesheeted witnesses, 2 witnesses have already been examined. Meaning thereby that trial is continuing smoothly.

In that view of the matter, the present appeal, which
