In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners and others surrounded the scarf on the neck of the victim, assaulted the deceased, who ultimately died.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly their
