1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to re-start the work of construction of building of "Rajiv Gandhi Sewa Kendra" at the selected Government Gai Majarua Land at Mauza Singhaul, and complete the same within a fixed period."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the construction work has already been completed and the building has also been constructed, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
