The present application has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 01.07.2016 passed in Criminal Revision No. 05 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1203 of 2007 as well as the order dated 23.11.2013 passed in Tr. No. 1699 of 2013, whereby the discharge application of the petitioners was dismissed, which was affirmed by the revisional court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

4. Accordingly, the application is disposed of with a liberty that the petitioners may raise his points at appropriate stage.
