The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A), 37(II) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the joint property of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
