Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S.Case No. 54 of 2020 for the offence under Section 341, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant but the informant escaped the injury. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is aged about 19 years, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23426 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S.Case No.54 of 2020, with condition that the bailor should be local villager, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
