The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section(s) 341,323,504,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Code.

For trivial dispute, the petitioner allegedly caused firearm injury at the check of the informant. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the injury is simple in nature.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016 pending in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52425 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. The prayer is rejected.
