This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Some unknown person snatched motorcycle of the informant by bitterly assaulting the informant. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the coaccused. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and there is no incriminating material against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah (M) Banuchapar P.S. Case No. 406 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code and the
