The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phenhara P.S.Case No.68 of 2011 dated 10.8.2011 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband. Case is under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the IPC. Further the case is of the year, 2011.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as a matter of fact the informant has himself took the girl to Ludhiana and she is traceless from his house and a false and concocted case has been lodged.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.26157 of 2019(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is allegation against him and further the case is of the yer, 2011 and after a period of ten years, the petitioner has approached for anticipatory bail, as such I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
