====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Vigilance and learned APP for the State. 2.

Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No.277/2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she got appointment to the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged mark sheet of B.T.E.T.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has never produced any forged certificate. It is submitted that the Vigilance has enquired and found that her certificate as fake but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35408 of 2023(4) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 the same mark sheet does not belongs to the petitioner and the endorsement is not of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the Vigilance opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the Committee has supplied the certificate of the petitioner and the same was found fake. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the certificate of the petitioner was found forged, I am not inclined to enlarge her on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on her behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
