2. The writ petition was filed for quashing of order dated 02.09.2015, passed in Case No. 58 of 2014, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran, Bettiah (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the State Appellate Authority being constituted and functioning, he may be permitted to withdraw the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19259 of 2015 dt.04-05-2017 2/2 writ petition to enable him to move before such Authority.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
