2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-University to promote the petitioner as Librarian from the post of Head Clerk.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show under which Rule the petitioner is seeking a promotion to the post of Librarian.

4. Under the circumstances, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again by enclosing the recruitment rule
