JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the Respondents to make payment of the differential amount of salary after fixing the pay as per the 6th Pay Revision recommendations and for making payment of contributory provident fund for the period when the petitioner was posted in the Agriculture Production Marketing Board at Mokama.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it
