In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 and in view of the order dated 16.04.2016 passed by the District Collector, Patna, as contained in Annexure-A to the show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the writ court has been complied with and no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties herein is made out. The present MJC application is dismissed. I.A.No. 7155 of 2016 stands, accordingly, disposed of. However, if the petitioner is still having some grievances, then he shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum/authority/court for grant of appropriate relief to him with respect to lands in question.
