The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 98 of 2017 registered under Sections 376 and 511 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he not only outraged the modesty of dumb girl, but also tried to ravish her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
